The name “Backstep” is a nod to the fire service — a place that represents grit, brotherhood, service, and showing up when it matters most. With over 20 years in the fire service, that mindset is part of who we are and how we operate: dependable, hands-on, and built to serve.

We pursue projects that challenge us, inspire us, and align with our values — whether that’s custom creations, functional builds, or ideas that simply feel called into motion.
